Proverbs 18:21 (KJV)

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Let's face the facts. Sometimes a situation in our life can bring out the most negative words we can ever speak. Say we have a financial crisis. We often say something like: "Oh no, the bank is going to take all my money, I am going to go broke." Well, they will if you speak it. God allows whatever you speak on yourself to come to pass because he is trying to show you that you need to speak the positive and counter-act the satanic negative. If you are a believer in God, Satan will do anything to bring you to ruin.

Jesus told Peter in Luke 22:31 "And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:" meaning, Satan will sift him as wheat if Peter speaks it. We need to speak strength and prosperity into our lives. Not weakness and ruin. Stop giving place to the devil and start speaking positive. Proverbs 18:21 has to be my favorite Proverb due to me needing a reminder to hold my tongue.

Try speaking positive about the situation instead, next time. You will see a difference in the outcome, God Promises. Speak blessings to yourself and others. Stand in agreement with me! Together, we can overcome that old devil!!

Daily Prayer

Father, help me to speak as Jesus spoke. Take all the negative out of my heart, and replace the negative with your promises. I believe you will deal with the devil on this issue. He has no power over my situation, I do. Give me strength to endure this problem the short time that is is present. In Jesus Name, Amen And Amen!!
